POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Sales Assistant to support the agency's founders and sales efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience working with an award-winning U.S. advertising agency specializing in culture-first marketing — and to tap into the U.S. market.
This role will help manage our sales pipeline, conduct research, schedule and follow up with prospects, manage CRM data, and help streamline our growing sales operation. The ideal candidate is resourceful, takes initiative, and can help keep the founders on task and one step ahead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect Research & Lead Building:
Conduct research, build contact lists, qualify leads, and identify new brand and agency targets across various verticals (influencer, social, experiential, media, etc.).
- CRM/Tool Setup & Optimization:
Evaluate and recommend CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable). Help implement and customize systems that improve workflow, tracking, and performance reporting.
- CRM Management:
Accurately update and manage contacts and interactions in CRM platforms or tracking sheets, ensuring data hygiene and proper setup for forecasting.
- Outreach & Scheduling:
Execute outreach via email and LinkedIn to schedule intro meetings, follow-ups, and calls. Proactively set meetings with brand teams, agencies, and partners.
- Follow Up Support:
After conferences or key meetings, ensure new contacts are saved, categorized, and added to the CRM. Own the follow-up process and make sure no lead falls through.
- Pipeline Reporting:
Track lead progress, outreach activity, and meeting status. Provide weekly reports to the founders on prospect movement and outreach effectiveness.
- Sales Tools & Decks:
Collaborate with founders to help organize and refine sales decks, campaign packages, capabilities presentations, and proposal materials.
- Sales Process & Systems:
Support the development of internal frameworks and best practices, including outreach templates, process documentation, and performance tracking tools.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (required)
- Based in Argentina with availability during U.S. business hours.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or admin support (agency experience a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organization
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team via Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Passion for and understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and experiential marketing
- Comfortable reaching out to multiple types of clients — from brand teams (social, influencer, experiential) to agencies (media, PR, experiential)
- Experience with CRM tools (or ability to quickly learn and implement)
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Excel/Sheets, Notion, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Bonus: Experience in advertising or marketing sales
