Job Title: Sales and Operations Support Associate
About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Sales & Operations Support Associate to provide essential administrative and operational support to the PEO sales team, business consultants, and their clients. This role is critical to maintaining momentum across business development activities, client communications, and internal coordination. By managing key administrative tasks, this position enables sales representatives and consultants to focus on client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documents for PEO clients.
• Track and manage business development opportunities and client prospects.
• Assist in gathering required client information for risk assessments and underwriting.
• Coordinate with Implementation teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
• Draft and send emails and documents to clients and prospects as requested.
• Ensure all contracts meet compliance standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ClientSpace).
• Ensure timely follow-ups on high-priority client requests and internal action items
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or commercial support roles Advanced English Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in dynamic environments and multitask Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused $2,000 - $2,400 a month
