Department: Sales

Location: Argentina, Buenos Aires

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator:

  • Generating Leads & Scheduling: Cold Calling prospects (stock-listed companies/ IPOs) and booking meetings for our Sales Account Managers. You will be primarily engaging with Investor Relation Officer's (IRO), CFO's, and the Head of Corporate Communications.
  • Meeting Support: Taking comprehensive notes during meetings and meticulously following up with prospects to secure the next steps and future engagements.
  • Administrative Skills: Ensuring seamless sales operations through order processing, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination with other departments.
  • Customer Champion: Acting as a primary point of contact for customer queries, providing timely updates, ensuring customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience. Preferably software. Cold calling/ emailing experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative outreach methods, quick thinking to maximize call/ email to booked meeting conversions.

Must haves:

  • Bilingual or advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
  • Minimum 1-3 years working experience.
  • Working permit and live in Buenos Aires.
