Il ruolo

Stiamo cercando un Sales Coordinator con italiano fluente e ottimo inglese per supportare il team commerciale attraverso attività outbound e fissazione di appuntamenti.

Il ruolo è operativo e orientato all'esecuzione: contatto a freddo di aziende quotate, gestione dei follow-up e coordinamento delle agende degli Account Executives.

La posizione è esclusivamente in presenza presso l'ufficio di Buenos Aires. Il lavoro da remoto non è previsto.

Responsabilità

· Cold calling verso società quotate e potenziali IPO.

· Email outbound e follow-up strutturati con CFO, Investor Relations Officer (IRO) e responsabili della comunicazione.

· Fissazione di appuntamenti qualificati per gli Account Executives.

· Supporto alle call commerciali tramite presa di appunti e follow-up puntuali.

· Gestione accurata di CRM e pipeline commerciale.

· Primo punto di contatto per i prospect (in italiano e in inglese).

Profilo richiesto

· 1–3 anni di esperienza commerciale, preferibilmente in ambito B2B o software.

· Esperienza reale in cold calling e/o cold emailing.

· Italiano fluente o madrelingua (C1/C2).

· Inglese avanzato (C1) per la comunicazione quotidiana con team internazionali.

· Buone capacità comunicative e resistenza al rifiuto.

· Familiarità con CRM e strumenti di vendita.

Requisiti preferenziali

· Esperienza in SaaS, fintech o servizi B2B.

· Interesse o esposizione a Investor Relations o mercati finanziari.

· La conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus, in particolare il portoghese.

· Un ruolo pratico e strutturato, focalizzato sull'esecuzione quotidiana.

· Responsabilità diretta su attività outbound, qualità dei contatti e follow-up.

· Lavoro a stretto contatto con Account Executives e team internazionali.

· Posizione stabile, in presenza, per chi cerca continuità e crescita nel commerciale.

Nota importante

Questa posizione richiede presenza quotidiana in ufficio a Buenos Aires. Candidarsi solo se realmente disponibili a lavorare on-site.
