Sales Team Leader – Outbound & Account Executives (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to lead and manage both Sales Coordinators (appointment setters) and Account Executives (closing roles) within our LATAM-based sales operation, supporting expansion into the US and Canadian markets.

This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role focused on execution, coaching, and performance, with direct involvement in outbound activity and active participation in sales conversations. The role requires close engagement with the team, pipeline quality, and deal progression. Not just reporting or coordination.

This is a fully on-site position in Buenos Aires. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

· Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Coordinators and Account Executives.

· Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and address gaps directly.

· Support onboarding and continuous development across both roles.

Account Executive Enablement

· Coach Account Executives on discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.

· Support deal strategy on complex opportunities involving C-level stakeholders (CFOs, IROs, Heads of Communications).

· Enforce disciplined CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.

· Provide clear, factual visibility into team performance and pipeline health.

Requirements

· 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, with hands-on exposure to both outbound prospecting and closing.

· Proven experience leading or mentoring sales teams, ideally working with Sales Coordinators / SDRs and Account Executives.

· Strong hands-on background in cold calling, outbound sales, and appointment setting.

· Solid understanding of consultative selling and full sales cycles.

· Experience coaching sales teams on calls, demos, scripts, and negotiations.

· Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).

· Advanced English (C1 or higher) for daily interaction with international teams and clients.

· Comfortable working in a scale-up environment where structure is still being built.

Nice to Have

· Experience in SaaS, fintech, or data-driven B2B environments.

· Exposure to Investor Relations, capital markets, or complex B2B buyers.

  • Additional languages are a plus, particularly Portuguese.
