Operations Team Leader Argentina
As we grow will become the Team leader of the whole operations team.Coverage of incoming customer serviceBackoffice Reissuing of tickets and reconciliation.Settle balances in Backoffice B2.Responsible after 1 year for UETTRChecking GDS queues across OID's and updating clients about changes.Training of new agentsMake sure all Test bookings are actioned by end of dayCommunicating with suppliers on manual post-ticketing transactionsResolve complaints coming from clients (not meta partners)Tracking each incoming order - review and if necessary deep dive.Liaise with Finance on "Refunds to Supplier", liaise with tech team regarding bugs and other issues, liaise with revenue team on sales fluctuations. Scheduling shifts and vacation daysRequisitos
Titulación mínima: Graduad de turismo (preferentemente).
Experiencia: 5 o más
Idioma: Inglés Avanzado
Sistemas requeridos: Dominio GDS Amadeus y/o Sabre – nivel intermedio a avanzado – excluyente –
