The Strategic Pricing Leader will be responsible for establishing and enforcing competitive pricing strategies to gain market share and achieve financial goals, while driving simplification and automation of pricing processes. This role will leverage advanced analytics and BI tools to enhance decision-making, monitor market price fluctuations and business costs, and ensure pricing policy governance and performance monitoring. The Strategic Pricing Leader will work closely with Strategy and Growth Excellence, Commercial, Modalities, and other functional teams to optimize commercial processes, analytics, and systems to increase productivity, growth, and support strategic initiatives.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage pricing systems and processes for selected LATAM countries, improving pricing management across modalities.
  • Develop dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.
  • Lead automation and simplification initiatives in pricing processes to reduce cycle time and improve accuracy.
  • Develop dashboards and self-service analytics in Power BI or similar tools to enable real-time pricing insights.
  • Oversight ownership: set up the framework to guide SBUs for individual pricing approvals.
  • Support deal review process for large packages.
  • Define and manage product pricing lists in alignment with modalities.
  • Partner with Business Analytics, Product Managers, and Services Pricing teams to understand competitors' positioning and define GE's pricing strategy.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources and collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to develop commercial strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop processes and reports to monitor newly implemented pricing actions and strategies.
  • Manage pricing metrics, providing insights for pricing improvement, product positioning, and GTM proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with all pricing policies, adhering to GE Policies, business requirements, and regulations.
  • Actively contribute to improving the quoting experience and measurement for internal users.
  • Act as a trusted partner, advising leadership on approaches to maximize margin across business models.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Pricing, Finance, Commercial, or related field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and influence within a large and complex organization, across multiple levels, functions, and regions.
  • Results-oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive team player.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple complex tasks and priorities.
  • Adaptable/Flexible: open to change and able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong integrity and values.

  • Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) software and ERP systems.
  • Solid business understanding and commercial insight.
  • Experience implementing BI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
