  • Summary: This administrative and sales support role focuses heavily on Meeting Coordination & Logistics, requiring the representative to schedule, organize, and manage all aspects of prospect meetings, both virtual and in-person.
  • The individual serves as the primary contact for Prospect Follow-Up, responsible for personalized outreach after initial sales representative meetings to coordinate next steps and follow-up discussions. A critical function is CRM Management (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring meticulous data entry, accuracy of sales activities, deal stages, and contact information. Additional duties include Order Entry for existing customers and general Administrative support, though the role explicitly does not involve cold calling.
