What You'll Do
Requirements
Expert-level Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segments, variables)Strong experience in email/SMS retention, preferably in DTC/e-commerceAbility to understand customer journey logic and event-triggered automationsExperience with subscription tools (Recharge) and Shopify dataGreat attention to detail — nothing goes live without checksStrong communication and ability to work autonomouslyNice to Have
