Multilocation role
This is a presential role.
The position will be based in the city of the selected candidate.
We welcome applicants from Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, Montevideo, Panama city, Quito and Bogota.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing & Sales
- Responsible for the regional (Latin America) sales of automotive products (vehicles or components), formulating and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Develop, maintain, and manage dealers, agents, and direct customers to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
- Gain deep insights into market demand, industry trends, and competitors' activities to develop corresponding sales strategies.
Customer Management & Support
- Handle daily communication, business follow-up, and contract negotiations with key clients and dealers to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide professional product training and market support to assist clients in improving their sales performance.
- Promptly address customer feedback and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Regularly collect and analyze market information, evaluate sales performance, and submit sales reports with improvement suggestions.
- Forecast sales trends, optimize product sales strategies, and increase market share.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to optimize product supply, market promotion, and sales strategies.
- Coordinate production and logistics to ensure timely order delivery and inventory management.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Automotive Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Over 10 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a preference for candidates with regional market expansion experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales negotiation skills, market insight, and business development capabilities.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, including market environment, dealer management, and sales channel development.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to formulate sales strategies based on data.
- Basic financial knowledge to independently handle price negotiations and contract management.
Other Requirements
- High sense of responsibility and execution ability, with a willingness to travel frequently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to maintain good relationships with internal and external partners.
- Fluency in English or other foreign languages is preferred.
- Extensive market connections and resources within government and enterprises.
