About the Role

The Global Product Director will enable this ambition by driving commercialization strategies for pipeline products, including product strategy, pricing and access, marketing, and sales ahead of launch planning. This role provides operational and strategic guidance to local teams through launch planning, ensuring aligned strategies with localized adjustments for execution. The position works cross-functionally and supports Core Teams to optimize launch preparedness.

Location flexibility: Candidates can be based in Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia or others in LATAM

Responsibilities

Pipeline Assets Commercialization

  • Lead new product pipeline strategy with a focus on Launch Readiness Plans and Global/Regional Brand Plans for strategic assets.
  • Coordinate global launch teams across functions and geographies to achieve speed to market and peak sales.
  • Maintain and update business cases for key pipeline assets.
  • Collaborate with country teams to deploy global launch strategies (medical, marketing, access) ensuring synergies with established businesses.

Portfolio Management

  • Drive cross-functional alignment on pipeline development plans, including timelines, resources, and cost estimates.
  • Identify critical path activities, resource constraints, and risks impacting commercialization schedules.
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Quality, Medical, and Regional teams to develop product forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Alliance Management to ensure global marketing and commercial planning meet partner requirements.

Qualifications

  • ~10 years in pharmaceutical marketing, sales, and new product launches.
  • Product management experience in primary care and/or specialty care.
  • Multi-country launch experience (LATAM, Brazil, Canada) is an asset.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in product forecasting and data-driven communication.
