Desde Semilla I Capital Humano, estamos en búsqueda de una persona para una posición de Ventas B2B.
Nuestro cliente es una start-up local de tecnología.
La posición tendrá a su cargo: Identificar y prospectar activamente nuevos clientes potenciales en el mercado B2B.Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas efectivas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ingresos.Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes existentes, entendiendo sus necesidades y proporcionando soluciones personalizadas.Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo de productos para comprender las características y beneficios de nuestros productos y servicios.Participar en presentaciones y demostraciones de productos a clientes potenciales.Gestionar y actualizar de manera efectiva el pipeline de ventas, manteniendo registros precisos y actualizados en el CRM.Analizar tendencias del mercado y competencia para identificar oportunidades y amenazas potenciales.Coordinación con Product Owner para trasladar oportunidades de mejora identificadas por los usuarios.¿Cómo debería ser el perfil ideal? Contar con al menos 1 año en ventas B2B de tecnología.Haber utilizado HubSpot y herramientas de email marketing.El cliente no requiere que tenga estudios universitarios finalizados.BeneficiosEn Semilla estamos convencidos que ser transparentes con los candidatos no es algo bueno para hacer, sino una obligación.

Desde Semilla estaremos colaborando en la definición del mismo, una vez analizado el mercado.
A grandes rasgos, la posición tendrá:
Un esquema de sueldo fijo y variable por ventas, siendo este último el preponderante.Esquema de trabajo principalmente remoto.Flexibilidad absoluta de horarios.3 semanas de vacaciones + días entre Navidad y Año Nuevo.Posibilidad de crecer y armar un equipo propio, atado al desempeño de sus ventas.Nivel mínimo de educación: Universitario (En Curso).
