What you will do:
Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional mannerBuild positive and long-lasting relationships with customersCommunicate and collaborate with external stakeholders such as hotels, booking platforms, and service partnersMeet team KPIsAlways be up-to-date with cutting-edge technologySecurely work with customers' sensitive informationApply the latest and greatest customer happiness practicesCommunicate with developers and other departments of various IT companiesWhat you need to succeed in this role:
German and English skills, both C1/advanced level1-3 years of experience in customer supportAnalytical and research skillsDemonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concernsPositive, responsible and proactive attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentStrong ability to quickly learn and work with multiple software tools and platformsProven capability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and multitask without sacrificing qualityPersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)Will be a great plus:
