Customer Support Onboarding Lead

This role will be responsible for detecting, evaluating, improving, implementing, and measuring processes in KYC processes ensuring cross-functional needs evaluation to achieve continuous improvements and efficiencies for customers and agents, ensuring a best-in-class experience for users during these processes.
Your impact:Work as a liaison between Customer Support team and the Compliance Chapter.Day-to-day responsibility for individual and corporate onboarding.Set and accomplish SLAs for Mx, Col & Arg Customer Onboarding Team and the rest of the processes this team supports.Monitor the customer onboarding process to ensure service levels are maintained.Work with other teams to find solutions to improve our current onboarding processes, EDD and PEP.Monitor customer response times should they raise any questions through our customer support channel.Analyze and identify trends in users' requests and queries.Lead customer onboarding agents on a day-to-day basis to accomplish team overall goals.Provide personalized attention to relevant clients during their onboarding process.Ensure Compliance requirements during the onboarding process.Create or modify processes and teams to provide delightful experiences.Who you are:Proven capabilities to lead a team and work in a dynamic environment.Extraordinary customer and agents simplified glance for servicing while accomplishing regulations.Problem-solving capability.Process leadership.Compliance processes knowledge.Ability to translate requirements to different teams (tech, etc).Analytic, constructive, and simplified thinking.Strong leadership skills.Strong customer mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.English language proficiency.About Bitso: Bitso is Latin America's leading cryptocurrency platform.
