Job Description

As a Customer Support Consultant at SupportYourApp, you will be part of our dynamic team that delivers top-notch customer support services to global clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries via various communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. You will also play a key role in building lasting relationships with customers, processing orders, and providing expert guidance on products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess fluency in German (C1 level minimum) and upper-intermediate English. Additionally, experience in customer support is essential. A positive, responsible, and proactive attitude, along with a strong personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload), are also required. A technical background and interest/experience with motorcycles are considered valuable assets but not mandatory.
