Job Description

As a Sr Customer Support Representative, you will manage the sales order process from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates following Customer Care guidelines.

  • You will be the central link between the customer, operations, and sales team to ensure our client's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and escalate issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates following Customer Care guidelines.
  • Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally and determine corrective action.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or student in Administration, Foreign Trade, Marketing or related fields.

With 3+ years of experience in similar roles, you will possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of SAP & Associated Processes.
