**About Signerx**: We're a fast-growing bootstrapped company transforming the electronic signature industry. As a Customer Support Specialist Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our WP E-Signature plugin.

**Job Overview**: We're searching for a skilled and experienced support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with our development team to resolve complex problems.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert-level support to our clients via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our WP E-Signature plugin
  • Collaborate with our development team to resolve complex issues and implement new features
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for our support team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the electronic signature industry and provide insights to our team

**Requirements:*

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong background in WordPress development and customization
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
