Job Overview
Cbt is seeking a skilled German Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing customer inquiries and delivering personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear information about our web services.
- Web Services Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of Cbt's web services and offer accurate information to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective solutions that meet their needs.
- Communication: Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers to ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer service.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in our internal systems.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and intermediate English (B2). Ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Experience: Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
