This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take initiative without constant direction.

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in managing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and handling a mix of professional and personal tasks.
The ideal candidate must be extremely proactive, tech-savvy, and emotionally intelligent, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks without micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities: Inbox management (priority #1):
>> Pre-writing drafts based on expected responses
>> Creating templates in Superhuman (email app) for repetitive responses
>> Curating and organizing non-urgent information for efficient review and responseCalendar management (not just booking meetings, but actively structuring time)Conduct background research on guests for meetings and podcast recordingsResearch and organize due diligence digests on potential investments and deal sponsorsDraft and edit emails/newsletters using Bento (or similar email platforms)Edit videos using Descript (training available if needed)Build and maintain SOPs to streamline recurring tasksTrack due dates for staff and investment-related commitmentsMaintain a personalized CRM, tracking key relationships and interactionsManage social media messages, curating and responding as neededHandle travel logistics, including flight research, bookings, and on-the-ground arrangementsOversee select personal tasks, such as booking appointments and hiring contractorsUpdate and maintain WordPress content as neededSupport both business and personal matters as needed, with flexibility to adjust focus over timeRequirements: Personal Qualities: High emotional intelligence and strong common senseDeep empathy able to anticipate needs and think from another's perspectiveA positive outlook and solution-oriented mindsetProfessional Skills: Strong conversational writing and verbal communication skillsExperience managing and updating WordPress sitesAbility to communicate naturally and clearly in English (accents are fine, but slow verbal processing won't work)Extreme attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-sufficient; can micro-manage tasks independently (the client will not micromanage you)Technically savvy and digitally fluentA strong design eye--aesthetics matter in this roleProactive and persistent communicator (the client can be hard to reach)Ability to self-manage tasks and work without waiting for instructionReliable and trustworthy--this role requires complete dependabilityPreferred Experience (Not Required, but Highly Valued): Prior experience as an Executive AssistantExperience with NotionBackground in digital marketingFamiliarity with finance and investingPlease note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and an introductory video in English format.
