About the Team
The SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization is responsible for taking over responsibility for smooth end-to-end operations and lowering customers' total cost of operation. As a member of this team, you will be working closely with customers and partners to analyze their business requirements, problems, and act as a trusted technical advisor.
About the Role
As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results consistently and contributing to SAP's Global strategy of helping customers with adoption of SAP S/4HANA on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise. You will work closely with customers to understand their business goals and challenges, and provide solutions and services to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary contact for the customer regarding technology discussions and innovations.
- Understand the customer's business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions and services.
- Advises customers on technical requirements, constraints, and support in all sorts of technical situations.
- Identifies and positions ECS services that deliver value to the customer from ECS portfolio.
- Supports customer's Intelligent Enterprise transformation by acting as a technical consultant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
- Solid know-how on SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial).
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals.
- Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
