This collaboration enables FMCG Brands to tap into new opportunities in emerging markets, provides Distributors with streamlined operations, and helps Local Merchants focus on sales rather than product sourcing.

Our diverse team of experts from over twenty countries, speaking multiple languages, operates across Africa, Europe, and Latin America.

The Role:

We seek an accomplished Retail Growth Manager to drive our growth strategy in Argentina, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and oversee the performance of account managers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a high-performing team of account managers and sales representatives.
  2. Foster strong relationships with distributors, brands within our marketplace, and retailers.
  3. Develop and execute effective growth strategies through cross-functional partnerships.
  4. Pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue.
  5. Set clear goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  6. Drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  7. Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in a senior leadership role within a technology, retail, or FMCG company.
  2. In-depth understanding of the Argentine market and its dynamics.
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Fluency in English and Spanish.
  6. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  7. E-commerce and digital marketplace experience is desirable.
