The Role:

We seek an experienced Retail Growth Manager to lead our team in Argentina, driving growth strategy, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing the performance of account managers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of account managers and sales representatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors, brands within our marketplace, and retailers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective growth strategies.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role within a technology, retail, or FMCG company.
  • Deep understanding of the Argentine market and its dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • E-commerce and digital marketplace experience is a plus.
