Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business development opportunities in the South Cone markets, working closely with acquirers, issuers, and other stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Market Strategy: Support the implementation and execution of the Merchant Sales & Acquirer (MS&A) strategy for the South Cone markets, including management of market development and Grow Acceptance programs.
  2. Analyze Market Data: Analyze market data and interact with other market teams to identify sales, merchant, and acquiring development opportunities in line with the plans.
  3. Coordinate Acceptance Activities: Ensure coordination with internal teams for the execution of acceptance activities.
  4. Support Sales Team: Support the sales team to develop and execute objectives and goals for assigned clients to increase client's Visa sales volume, profitability, and provide dynamic and proactive product support and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage large, complex deal negotiations with strategic clients.
