Job Overview:

As a Regional Retail Customer Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for leading the KO System to sustained growth in assigned retail customers in South Cone. This role requires a holistic view of retail management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive customer and shopper value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans with assigned customers
  • Lead the development of the Annual Customer Plan (ACP)
  • Drive customer marketing process through understanding customer needs
  • Identify opportunities and link them to KO Strategies
