Director Role Summary:

This Director role at ENGINEERINGUK is focused on delivering exceptional results in customer and shopper value creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the KO System to sustainable growth in assigned retail customers in South Cone, driving customer marketing processes through understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities and linking them to KO strategies. Key qualifications include retail management solid expertise, a holistic view of retail operations, strong negotiation skills, and influence. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, fluent Spanish and English language skills, and +10 years of experience managing customer relationships within fast-moving consumer goods companies.
