Overview of the Position

The Rtr Asset Supervisor Professional is responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of the Airgas Fixed Assets team.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in accounting and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the reconciliation & JE process;
  • Ensure SAP maintenance, including depreciable lives, carryover balances, ITC testing, and Winshuttle templates & testing;
  • Calculate monthly depreciation and amortization;
  • Ensure internal and external audit requirements are met;
  • Develop and implement fixed asset policies and procedures, including configuration and operation of SAP fixed asset systems;
  • Align with Air Liquide Blue Book Standards and IFRS;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field;
  • At least 7 years of progressive professional experience in accounting and business process improvement;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Excel, and SAP financial applications;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
