Accountabilities:
The Order to Cash Team Lead is accountable for:
- Leading teams in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit and Collections
- Processing customer invoices and credit notes, resolving exceptions, and applying incoming payments
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, Group policy, and internal control
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on accounts receivables
- 1+ year experience in team activity coordination
- A college degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- English language proficiency (B2)
- Portuguese, Spanish, and French language skills are desirable
