About the Role
This position is responsible for managing digital advertising assets on a regional scale. You will work closely with our Buenos Aires team to deliver assets to clients, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fast-moving digital creative projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Liaise between client leads and teams to guarantee milestone completion.
- Oversee the process and completion of multiple projects simultaneously, managing resource allocation and workload.
- Balance resources and workload, ensuring timely project delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Schedule, track, and prioritize assignments, ensuring the right team members are available to meet client needs.
- Evaluate project outcomes to improve processes and work streams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or production, with excellent project management skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Flawless organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
