Purpose & Objective of Position

As every customer is unique, we provide individual high-quality support to them based on a value delivery approach.

Expectations & Tasks

  1. Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
  2. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops meetings with internal and external clients.
  3. Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines.
  4. Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.
  5. Safeguard and Optimize Plant Maintenance or Project System processes and their integration with other modules in SAP S/4HANA / ECC.

Skills / Competencies

  • Business consultant with knowledge of Asset Management processes and experience with respective SAP Modules or Solutions supporting processes like PM, PS, CS and Cloud Solutions like Intelligent Asset Management, Workforce Management or Work Manager.
  • +5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Modules like PM, PS, CS.
  • Strong knowledge in S/4HANA new Asset Management functionality.
  • Knowledge of SAP IoT Manufacturing solutions like SAP MII and SAP Digital Manufacturing.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and open-minded person.
  • Able to work under pressure and during critical situations.
  • Able to have complex conversations in English.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • English language: mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region including US and Canada.
  • ABAP code analysis and debugging skills are highly desirable.
