The Strategic Financial Planning Manager will oversee the LATAM and Canada Plan/Re-forecast cycle, Outlook, and Quarter Close variance analysis. This role will support regional teams, US-based International Finance, and Lifestyle FP&A functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and analyze the LATAM and Canada Plan/FC cycle.
- Evaluate client and expense forecasts for robustness and variance understanding.
- Review Line of Business (LOB) and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) for LATAM and Canada.
- Collaborate with in-country FP&A teams as a business partner.
- Produce value-added in-depth analysis for Lifestyle FP&A stakeholders and CFOs.
- Liaise with US-based leaders, including Actuaries, IT, and Corporate functions, to gather insights.
- Assist with quarter close LATAM and Canada storylines, including Revenue/EBITDA variance analysis for YoY, QoQ, YTD, and vs Plan analysis.
- Identify and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and variance drivers for LATAM and Canada regions, including subscriber counts.
- Understand key Risks and Opportunities (R&O's) and emerging business issues in LATAM and Canada.
- Support ad hoc requests for Earnings Calls.
- Maintain the International Trend report, which involves downloading data from EPA and regularly updating/set-up by country P&L trends with variance comparisons and FX calculations.
