The Order to Cash Team Lead plays a crucial role in the success of our Business Service Center, responsible for leading teams in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit and Collections. This position requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on process improvement and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer invoices and credit notes while resolving exceptions
- Applying incoming payments to open accounts receivables and collecting money from customers
- Promoting continuous improvement and driving actions to enhance processes
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, Group policy, and internal control
- Reporting process metrics and making recommendations to meet targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on accounts receivables
- 1+ year experience in team activity coordination
- A college degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- English language proficiency (B2)
- Portuguese, Spanish, and French language skills are desirable
