• Negotiate pricing with SMB clients

• Regularly contact clients through visits, emails, or phone calls to discuss ongoing cases

• Use Salesforce to track and manage cases, ensuring timely and accurate updates

• Negotiate and update contracts as needed

• Manage various tools to handle strategic cases

• Meet performance metrics and increase revenue through effective pricing negotiations

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
