Strategic Communications and Culture Development Specialist

Chevron, a global energy leader, is seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team in Buenos Aires.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in employee engagement and culture building, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive Employee Engagement (EE) communication strategies that address engagement and retention drivers
- Creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and community members
- Collaborating with senior leaders to enhance their employee engagement and internal communication practices
- Fostering a positive and engaging work environment through effective communication practices
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels. You will also be responsible for monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and making recommendations for improvements.
To be successful in this position, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in using communication tools and platforms. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in employee engagement is also essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
