Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Performance Management Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing enterprise performance management solutions for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical and consulting skills, as well as a deep understanding of EPM tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- EPM Solutions Implementation: Design, configure, and implement EPM solutions based on specific client needs.
- Requirements Analysis: Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing effective recommendations and solutions.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve existing financial processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
- Project Management: Plan and manage EPM projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Report Development: Create and customize reports and dashboards that provide key insights for decision-making.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record as an EPM Consultant or in a similar role (experience with Oracle EPM, Workday, or other EPM tools is essential).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced English proficiency.
