Overview:

As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the pet store market.

This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive sales strategy and support point of purchase, education, and collateral development for retailers and distributors.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound tele-sales activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pet store owners and managers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Accurately forecast sales and track key metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in tele-sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Experience selling into pet stores.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software (preferred).
