We're seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Strategy. In this role, you'll manage our Enterprise and mid-market accounts, building strong relationships at multiple levels across the account, and serving as a trusted advisor to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers, guaranteeing a smooth and successful implementation.

Account Development

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, establishing and maintaining strong relationships and trust.
  • Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges, providing actionable insights and strategic guidance.
  • Monitor customer adoption and utilization of our SaaS solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Revenue Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, delivering predictable and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.
