We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketer (m/f/d) to join our cross-functional growth team. As a key member of our US expansion team, you will work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists to develop and execute a growth strategy that accelerates self-serve adoption and expansion in the US market.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute a growth strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Optimize the PLG funnel, focusing on frictionless onboarding, conversion from free to paid users, and cross-sell within accounts.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to build scalable, personalized nurture flows that guide users toward activation value realization.
- Run rapid growth experiments across organic, paid, and product-led channels (SEO, content, in-app messaging, email, referral programs) to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
