Account Growth Manager

We're looking for a seasoned Account Executive to drive sales growth and development in Argentina.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in field-based enterprise software sales, selling solutions into Mid-Market accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement account and territory plans to identify new and existing contacts within your accounts.
- Lead multiple opportunities through the sales process to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales forecasting in Salesforce.com.
- Utilize internal resources, such as product support and sales engineering, throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver initial product demos to prospects and collaborate with sales engineering on complex presentations.
- Nurture relationships within each account, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates via Salesforce.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to pursue new opportunities.
- Proven experience in field-based enterprise software sales, focusing on Mid-Market accounts.
- A consistent track record of achieving sales milestones.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English proficiency preferred.
- Customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional service.
