META's Mid-Market SSSA Sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships with top client executive decision makers. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to drive business results.

Main Objectives
  1. Build a high-performing team of account managers.
  2. Develop and implement plans to deliver against revenue goals.
  3. Provide always-on client insights and market trends.

A successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in tech, operations, consulting or sales.
  • Proven experience influencing stakeholders and outcomes.
