About Medtronic

The role of an Account Manager entails driving end-to-end account management for one or two priority accounts. Collaborating with global account leadership is key to defining account strategy and planning, creating initiatives and programs to achieve account ambitions and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive account strategies with account teams to expedite growth.
  2. Manage annual global revenue planning process with service leaders, drive field of play and integrated service line planning and activity across account.
  3. Work with GCSP and CE to ensure account operations are tight and interdependencies are working together for cohesive account management.

Executing Innovation Initiatives: Leverage the wider GDS ecosystem to execute innovation initiatives and growth drivers, manage operating cadence of the account team to include core sales, operations, and marketing processes.

Thought Leadership Distribution: Determine, drive, and ensure distribution of relevant thought leadership and alumni initiatives across account portfolio, establish account community within GDS to align all GDS Account team members with account's priorities and ambitions.
