About the Role

Iris Software seeks an experienced Account Operations Specialist to lead our global account operations efforts. This individual will oversee account operations, manage teams, and drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include leading teams, developing support requirements, maintaining performance, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of account operations specialists, providing guidance and oversight.
  • Collaborate with accounts and business groups to develop support requirements and create processes for executing account operations tasks.
  • Oversee the performance of the Account Support Centre team, utilizing established methods and approaches.
  • Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
  • Produce reports and provide insights to stakeholders on team performance and business metrics.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prioritize team goals, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Sustain a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and operational excellence within the team.
