Job Overview
The Iris Software Account Operations Specialist plays a critical role in delivering exceptional services to internal stakeholders. This individual oversees account operations, delegating tasks and managing teams globally. Key responsibilities include leading teams, scoping support requirements, maintaining performance, and embedding Exceptional Client Service principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of account operations specialists.
- Liaise with accounts and business groups to scope support requirements and build processes for executing account operational tasks.
- Owning, monitoring, and maintaining the performance of the Account Support Centre team using established ways of working.
- Project management, quality control, review of deliverables, and embedding ECS principles in support delivery to account teams and business groups.
- Identifying individual training and development areas for all team members and ensuring appropriate support is in place.
- MIS and operational reporting for the team, sharing relevant information with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Ensuring stakeholders receive and understand critical business indicators for the support.
- Leading people engagement as a priority, enhancing team motivation, knowledge sharing, and best practices identification.
- Improving delivery model needs, capacity allocation, and workflows based on work nature.
- Driving organizational compliance within the team and overseeing compliance needs with client procurement tools.
- Identifying existing process refinement opportunities using digital platforms, automation tools, and analytics.
- Achieving operational excellence through activity standardization and best practice sharing.
