Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Altios in Querétaro or Guadalajara, México. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies in the LATAM region.

About the Role
  • You will report directly to the Head of Sales LATAM Caribbean Region and work closely with current clients, as well as increase the presence and positioning of Altios in the LATAM region.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in industrial technology/engineering, business management, or a related discipline, and possess 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales. You should also have prior experience within the technical field, project management methodologies, and knowledge of IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies in the LATAM region
  2. Establish long-term relationships with customers and distributors
  3. Represent Altios in selected markets
  4. Plan, organize, and implement sales strategies
  5. Negotiate contract terms with clients
  6. Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  7. Conduct market research and track proposal components
  8. Collaborate with pricing department to create rate proposals
