We seek a dynamic and results-driven Partner Development Manager (PDM) to drive growth and success through our strategic partner ecosystem in the U.S. East Region.
About the RoleKey Responsibilities:- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while strengthening relationships with existing partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Collaborate with partners to develop go-to-market strategies, joint business plans, and revenue-generating opportunities. Monitor and evaluate partner performance.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner integration and success.
- Stay informed about security industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine partner strategies.
- Support partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Deliver ongoing partner training and enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped with the right resources and knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or channel sales.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in security technology, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Crossbeam a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Willingness to travel 30%-40%.
