The Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing sales questions, general technical issues, and facilitating tasks related to billing, user, and site management.
Requirements:
- Personal Computer with reliable internet access
- Availability to participate in bi-weekly audio/video meetings between 8 am - 5 pm PST
- Available for 40+ hours per week (full-time position)
