Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Retention Specialist to join our team at TripleTen. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for working with customers who have experienced issues with refunds or have dropped out of our courses.

The main goal of this role is to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our company. You will be the primary point of contact for these customers and will work closely with other departments to resolve their issues promptly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
  • Providing regular reports on customer issues and progress
