Customer Experience Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic logistics management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Service Analysts and International Logistics Operations teams to deliver high-quality customer service and drive business growth.
- Act as a 2nd-level escalation point for customer queries and concerns.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong people management skills and experience in a large operations environment.
- At least 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role with a minimum of 3 years in the logistics sector.
- University degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Power BI.
- International trade and Incoterms knowledge, as well as experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations.
