**Job Title:** Senior Customer Experience Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Success Lead for Fintech Operations to join our team at Recruitas.
Job Description:As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process performance to achieve and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) deliverables. You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer support agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
- Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Near-native English language skills (CEFR level C1 or higher).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
