Role Overview:This full-time Customer Care Specialist role is a hybrid-remote position, allowing you to work from home or our Exeter office. You'll be part of a dynamic team that aims to provide an outstanding customer experience while showcasing Cuckoo's core values.
As a key member of our team, you'll engage with customers through phone, email, and live chat, owning their experience and resolving issues promptly. Your proactive approach will ensure customers have realistic time frames and managed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Dealing with customer inquiries, installations, and other requests via various channels
- Proactively managing customer interactions to ensure seamless experiences
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an efficient customer journey
- A customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with customer care software and systems
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a telecoms environment
- An annual salary of £24,690 (approximately)
