Job Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist at EC Markets Group, you will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts and expanding our footprint in the Forex and financial trading space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to promote relevant products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  3. Contribute to achieving team goals and meeting performance targets.
  4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  5. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat, email, and phone.

Requirements:

  1. Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role is required (Financial Industry preferred).
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; high computer literacy.
  4. Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with company executives.
  5. Team-oriented, proactive mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
